Jarrod Schwartz is Executive Director of Just Communities, which serves the Central Coast Counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. Focus areas include organization development and social change around issues of diversity, inclusion and equity. Emilie Neumann is the Consulting Program Officer for the Weingart Foundation, which she joined in 2010, and is responsible for reviewing Regular Grant Program requests from Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
