Cottage Health seeks full-time Sr. Administrative Assistant to support the Advancement Vice President.  Requires 5+ years’ experience supporting executive level professionals in a fast-paced office environment. Core competencies include: exceptional time management/organization skills; overseeing busy executive’s calendar, travel coordination, superior writing skills with the ability to compose correspondence to executive level audiences; minute taking, excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; and advanced proficiency in all of MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); typing speed of 55+ wpm also required. Experience with non-profits & philanthropy preferred.
